In compliance with the obligations deriving from the new General Regulation on data protection (EU Regulation n.679/2016, defined as GDPR) and in order to make the activity of the site as transparent as possible, this section has the purpose of informing the user about the methods of collection and processing of their personal data.

By personal data we mean any information that identifies (or makes it possible to make identifiable, directly or indirectly) a natural person: the name, address, identification number, online identifier (for example the IP), one or more characteristic elements of its physical, physiological, genetic, psychic, economic, cultural and social identity.

Treatment means any operation (or set of operations) applied to personal data such as the collection, registration, organization, structuring, adaptation or modification, conservation, consultation, use, cancellation and the destruction.

During navigation (and during the purchase phase) collects the following personal data:

Navigation data
This is information of a purely technical-IT nature (IP address, browser used, operating system, site pages visited, products placed in the shopping cart, ) which are collected in an aggregate and non-identifying manner (therefore cannot be associated with a specific natural person) for statistical purposes, correct functioning of the site, identification of anomalies and/or abuses..

Some examples include:

  • CDN77: a CDN (Content Delivery Network) is a network of servers connected to each other and scattered in several areas of the world, on which the static contents of the site are saved (images, css files and javascript); when a user connects to the site, this content is provided by the nearest network node (and not by the origin server), thus reducing web page loading times
  • Font Awesome: it is a collection of icon fonts that allows you to insert a series of icons on a website as if they were text characters; they are inserted because they can give an alternative graphic touch to the insertion of a textual paragraph, thus enlivening the reading of the content
  • Google Fonts: library of fonts (typefaces characterized and united by a certain graphic style or intended to perform a given function) used by webmasters for the creation of websites

Data provided directly by the user
This is all the information that is expressly and freely entered by the user during registration, purchase, access to a reserved area or subscription to a form.


Cookies are small text strings stored on the user's computer when certain internet pages are visited: in most browsers these cookies are enabled, they are not harmful to the device and do not contain personal identification information.

This is encrypted information that is collected to improve/optimize navigability on the site: for example, they are useful for identifying and resolving errors or for determining relevant related products to show to the visitor while browsing. uses the following Cookies:

  • Technical cookies: they are necessary and essential to allow navigation on the site and to be able to use all its functions; without these cookies we would not be able to provide some essential services and/or functions and navigation would not be as smooth and easy as it should be

  • Advertising cookies: they allow you to trace a "profile" of users by collecting information on their tastes, to then send personalized advertising content and improve the effectiveness of the campaigns; they can also be from third parties (for example when they are set by a site other than the one you are visiting)

  • Google Tag Manager: is a tag management system that allows you to quickly and easily update tracking codes and related code snippets (collectively known as "tags") on a website
  • Google Analytics with anonymized IP: a Google analysis tool that collects and analyzes statistics on visits to a website in a completely anonymous form (therefore personal data of the browsing user is not collected); the purpose is to examine the use of the site by users, compile reports on activities and provide other information, such as the number of visitors and the most visited pages
  • Hotjar: it is an analysis tool that allows you to study the behavior that users assume within a website (mouse movements, clicks, which information they skip and which instead they consult more assiduously); this allows you to optimize site performance and marketing campaignsg

NOTE: taking into account that the site works optimally only when cookies are enabled, the user can still decide to deactivate them at any time by directly accessing the settings of his browser. Disabling cookies could disable some features of the site.


External iframes

  • Google reCaptcha: system that allows you to distinguish the behaviors of real users and robots (for example through the recognition of road signs or shop windows); this is a deterrent to keep malicious people and bots away from websites or pages where you are asked to confirm your login credentials


NOTE: all data collected by during navigation and during the purchase phase are in no way sold or disclosed to third parties except for the purposes referred to in point 2.


Recipients of the treatment

By recipient we mean the natural or legal person, public authority, service or other body that receives communication of personal data.

For the pursuit of the purposes referred to in point 2, shares users' personal data with the following subjects:

  • professional individuals authorized to provide consultancy and/or assistance in legal, fiscal, financial or administrative matters
  • professional subjects authorized to provide internet services
  • professional subjects authorized to manage payments
  • commercial partners who handle deliveries on behalf of (e.g. couriers and post offices)
  • professional individuals authorized to manage mailing lists
  • public bodies or authorities to fulfill the legal obligations established by the Law or for the assessment, exercise and defense of a right in court

These subjects are in no way authorized to use or disclose such data except for the performance of the services entrusted to them or for compliance with legislative obligations.


Storage period

Personal data is kept for a period of time not exceeding the pursuit of the specific purposes of the treatment set out in point 2 or until the specific request for revocation of the treatment by the user.


Data protection implements (compatibly with its company size) all the technical and organizational measures:

  • aimed at effectively implementing the principles of protection of users' personal data (e.g. guaranteeing navigation of the site in HTTPS encrypted mode) and preventing illicit access or use of unauthorized data
  • adequate to ensure that only the personal data necessary for each specific purpose of the processing are processed
  • such that anyone acting under his authority and having access to the user's personal data does not process such data unless instructed to do so

In the event of a personal data breach, will notify the competent supervisory authority of the breach within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, unless it is unlikely that the breach presents a risk to your rights. and the freedoms of natural persons.

  • Consent for the purposes referred to in point 2.E can be revoked independently by ticking the UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THE NEWSLETTER box located in the PERSONAL DATA (or YOUR DATA) section of your account or by clicking on the link at the end of each email sent; the withdrawal of consent does not preclude the possibility of continuing to provide services and/or making the sales contract enforceable

NOTE: the treatment referred to in sections 2.F and 2.G is made necessary to fulfill the obligations established by national and community legislation or to ascertain responsibility in the event of computer crimes against the site or third parties


Right of complaint

The user who considers that the processing of his personal data violates current legislation has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Guarantor for the protection of personal data), especially in the Member State in which he habitually resides, works or of which place where the alleged violation occurred.
