Natural varnish based on dewaxed shellac free from harmful solvents. Practically colourless, it is a natural protective and fixative for watercolor paintings. It has the particular quality of creating protection on one or more layers of watercolour, without the underlying color shifting or changing.
After application, it can be painted to create further glazes or shadow effects on works of all kinds, even on particularly material bases. Gives the work a natural, non-glossy look. To have a more resistant protective film, apply 2 or 3 coats at least one hour apart. Thoroughly clean the surfaces to be treated. Shake well for 1 minute. The cylinder temperature must be around 20°C. Spray at a distance of 25-30 cm with an undulating movement without insisting too much on the same spot. After use, to clean the valve hole, turn the can upside down and spray until only gas comes out.
